How do i write a contract/ agreement between the tennents of a three bed house?

trying to write a contract/agreement between three parties who rent a house together which would make it so they were all legally bound to pay one third of the utilities as well as general house do's and dont's, also to ensure they all are required to provide not only the landlord but all other parties of their term of notice should they choose to leave. none of the parties are owner / landlord. landlord would not be involved in the agreement. any ideas?? don't want to pay for a lawyer and i have looked for document templates but can't find anything that is really relevant.How do i write a contract/ agreement between the tennents of a three bed house?
Use the contract with your landlord as your template. It's hard to answer this, since we don't know where you are, but your lease will have all the local laws in it. If that doesn't work, call an apartment complex and ask if you can see a copy of their standard lease. Good luck!
