Not possible to answer question accurately without property dimensions, contruction materials and a whole host of other details however I think it unlikely that a normal combi will service your stated requirements so you may require something with a booster type tank incorporated. I believe Vaillant and possibly Alfa make such a beastWhat power combi boiler do I need for a 5 bed house?
