Im 22 years old with no children im getin a 2 bed house t £350 how mutch wud dss pay for me and im homles?

You personally are assessed...not the house. YOU get housing benefit according to a scale set by the local Council NOT the house. You must ask them if you haven't already applied. There is very little chance they will pay the lot, unless this is exceptionally cheap rent for such a property in the area you live.Im 22 years old with no children im getin a 2 bed house t £350 how mutch wud dss pay for me and im homles?
It depends on the rates for single people in your area. You will probably lose some housing benefit as you will be considered over-housed with two bedrooms. You can get a pre-appraisal from your local housing benefit office which will tell you what you will get for the property. As you are currently homeless, you need to contact an agency such as Shelter, who will give you advice concerning deposit bond schemes that may operate in your area, and other support that may be available for you e.g. help with getting furniture via a community care grant, etc.Im 22 years old with no children im getin a 2 bed house t £350 how mutch wud dss pay for me and im homles?
If you are homeless, how can you afford a bond and month advance on the rent? I'm not sure how much you would get as everyone's case is individual. Why do you need a two bed property?? Why not a 1 bed flat?

You can get a form from the council and they will tell you how much you would be likely to receive in housing benefit.
How did you manage to get a 2 bed house?? I was recently threatened with homelessness and I have a 17 yr old disabled son and the best thing the councils could come up with was temporary bed %26amp; breakfast.

Get a job and pay your own rent.
The DSS would send someone round to assess the property, if they think the value is fair they will pay it all.
Probably only about 250 a month if you are single with no kids
You are 22 and you cannot spell...

Goodness me.
Keh ?
