How much would a three bed house in poland cost?

It depends where.. in Warsaw it's becoming very expensive, but outside of the major cities they go for as little as 拢30,000 for one that doesn't need work... but as Poland becomes richer and more popular as a tourist destination (which is slowly is) they will go up in price... your best bet is get a cheap flight to Warsaw or Krakow for 拢20 and have a look for yourself :-)How much would a three bed house in poland cost?

You probably wouldn't have to pay anything, all the houses are probably empty, I'm sure noone would object to you moving in. I'm guessing they have all moved to the new capital of Poland = England
Probably about 150K in a relatively developed part of Poland. I wish I could afford one. Property values will increase hugely as Poland benefits from EU investment.

me and my mrs saw a house advertised for about 10k, this was a few years ago. we were quite excited untill we realised it was in poland.
