How many square foot in a 3-bed house?

I am planning to build a new property with 3/4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen and sitting room. The company who I might use to design and build it have quoted 拢130 per square foot... How would I even start to calculate how much my new house would cost? And does the quote of 拢130 per sq.ft seem expensive?!!How many square foot in a 3-bed house?
1,200 for a very small house with 10 X 12 foot bedrooms, a livingroom and kitchen. 2,200 for a comfortable size house with larger rooms and a dining room.How many square foot in a 3-bed house?
The price is the going price for a new home. the Sq. footages depends on how big you want it So you have to get the plans before you can figure out the footages
my house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room. it's about 1500 sq ft. the bedrooms are small-ish, but the rest of the house has nice sized rooms. wait, no, the kitchen is kind of small, but it feels big because everything is open. for what your describing i would say go for at least 2000 sq ft, so you can get the big kitchen and all.
拢130 per square foot sounds outrageous. (I'm coming from an American viewpoint).


You are looking at 1200 square feet for a house with small rooms all the way up to 3500 square feet for a more spacious house.
measure each room say they are 12X12, 12X10, 15X10


so it would be 144 +120+150= would be 414 sq foot. for 3 rooms go through out the house measure rooms and add them all up that would be the sq ft everyhouse is different.


I have 4 bedrooms and our house is 11oosq ft
Our house is 1900 sq. The bedrooms and the baths are too small, but I love the size of the LR, DR and kitchen. I also love the closets. So for our family I would say that a 2500 would be perfect.
