We moved into house in August 2006 and filled up on 500 litres. In January 07 we added a further 750 litres. In September 07 we added a further 500 litres and installed an electronic monitor. Now in November, the monitor is saying that we need another top-up ????What is the average oil consumption used to heat a three bed house ?

I have a 2 bed semi and use oil for heating and hot water. We top up about twice a year. Our tank holds 1100 litres and the minimum delivery is 500, we usually top up when we are just under half. Seems like you are using too much, maybe you have a leak?What is the average oil consumption used to heat a three bed house ?
in Brisbane Australia the oil consumption to heat my 2 bedroom unit is 0 litres
i don't know anybody who user oil to heat anything here
